"NC machining" refers to "number control machining" which, as the name suggests, is a processing method performed by controlling numbers. Tool like drills are operated using a program and are used to process materials like metal. It requires considerable experience to perform NC machining correctly and is considered a craft within itself.
We use NC machining mainly for vacuum casting or FRP master model processing as well as producing jigs for internal use. Our proprietary method of NC machining has two main advantages: The ability to create workpieces that are larger than the NC machine itself, and the capacity to reduce time and cost by at least half compared to conventional techniques.
